Plans

ForkReel Studio is available in four tiers. Each higher tier includes everything in the tiers below it, plus additional tools. Pricing is shown at the point of purchase (in-app or at checkout) and may vary by region and promotion.

Starter — free

Your core presence: restaurant profile, posts, the Today dashboard, and your top AI Coach recommendation. Great for getting set up and verified.

Feature access

Feature access is tied to your active plan and is enforced on our servers — not just in the app. When your plan includes a feature, it unlocks immediately after a successful purchase. If your plan does not include a feature, the app shows an upgrade option instead of that feature.

Access also depends on your role for the restaurant (owner, manager, marketing, or staff) and, for some features, on completing ownership verification.

Auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly unless stated otherwise) at the then-current price, until you cancel. Your payment method on file with Apple, Google, or Stripe is charged at the start of each renewal period, including applicable taxes.

For App Store and Google Play subscriptions, renewal is managed by Apple or Google; your subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, per their terms.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime:

When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period; it does not auto-renew after that. Cancelling does not delete your account or your data.

Billing portal

Web subscribers manage everything — plan changes, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation — in the Stripe customer portal, reachable from ForkReel Studio → Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Only a restaurant's owner can manage its billing. App Store and Google Play purchases are managed in the respective platform's account settings.

Upgrades & downgrade behavior

Upgrading takes effect immediately and unlocks the new tier's features right away; charges are handled by your payment platform (typically prorated for web purchases).

Downgrade behavior

When you downgrade or cancel, your current tier's features remain available until the end of the paid period. After that, your plan moves to the lower tier (or to Starter), and features not included in the new tier are locked. Your underlying data — posts, promotions, analytics history — is preserved; you simply lose access to the gated features until you upgrade again.

Premium access after cancellation or non-payment

Premium access may be removed after cancellation or non-payment. If a subscription is cancelled, lapses, or a renewal payment fails, premium features tied to that plan may become unavailable once the current paid period ends or the account becomes past due. Restoring access requires an active, paid subscription.

We are not able to provide paid features for periods that were not paid. If a payment fails, your payment platform may retry; if it continues to fail, the subscription may be cancelled and premium access removed.

Price & plan changes

We may change plan pricing or the features included in a tier. Price changes apply to future billing periods, not the current one, and we provide notice as required by your payment platform. Continuing your subscription after a change takes effect means you accept the new price or plan.

Refunds

Refunds are handled per the platform you purchased on and are reviewed case-by-case. See our Refund Policy.
